Human rights are inherent rights to all people without exception, regardless of our nationality, sex, ethnicity, color, religion, language or any other personal characteristic, such as age, existing disability, health conditions, sexual orientation and identity or expression of gender.
These rights do not matter whether they are civil or political rights (such as the right to life, equality before the law and freedom of expression) or economic, social and cultural rights (such as the right to work, social security and education), are indivisible, universal, interdependent and interconnected.
The right to equality and non-discrimination are fundamental human rights principles, enshrined in the United Nations Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Human Rights treaties.
The first article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is unambiguous:
“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Endowed with reason and conscience, they must act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”
At Air Dream College one of our goals is social integration, going against discrimination of any kind.
We promote it through the promotion of citizenship and human rights.
We demystify prejudices and stereotypes that exist in a systematic and structured way, through prevention.
Air Dream College knows that Portugal has played a role in promoting equality in Europe and in the World, but the path is still long for the recognition and harmonization of rights. For this reason, we want to be more and more, part of the solution.
Air Dream College wants to reinforce the message of union and collective presence with all people who feel discriminated.

Air Dream College reminds everyone that Equality and Non-Discrimination are rights that are neither radical nor complicated, they are the fundamental principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
